2. Product & Billing

Pricing. The price shown to you at checkout is the price that applies. Astroly is offered in two ways:

• One-time portrait & reading — $15.00. A single $15.00 charge for your personalized soulmate sketch and natal chart reading, with no recurring billing.
• Optional $15.00 monthly subscription. An optional plan you actively choose at checkout: $15.00 today, then $15.00 each month until you cancel. It applies only if you check the optional enrollment box at checkout; if you leave it unchecked, you are charged the one-time $15.00 and nothing further.

What You Receive. Upon successful payment, you receive immediate digital access to your personalized soulmate portrait, natal chart reading, and compatibility insights, delivered online and to the email address you provide at checkout. If you opt into the $15.00 monthly subscription, you also receive ongoing daily transit updates, synastry checks, and full reading library access. All products are delivered digitally; no physical goods are shipped.

Statement Descriptor. Charges appear on your cardholder statement as ASTROLY tryastroly.com.

Cancellation. If you enrolled in the optional $15.00 monthly subscription, you can cancel it at any time in one click at tryastroly.com/manage (or tryastroly.com/help), by emailing support@tryastroly.com, or by calling +1 (307) 545-5600. Cancelling stops all future charges immediately, and you keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for. The one-time purchase has nothing to cancel and is never billed again.

Promotional Offers & Pricing Schedule. Other promotional campaigns on tryastroly.com may include different features, trial prices ($1.00–$13.67), or renewal terms ($19.99/week or $29.95–$49.99/month); the details displayed on the checkout screen apply to those purchases. 3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee & Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, submit a request at tryastroly.com/help, email support@tryastroly.com, or call +1 (307) 545-5600 within 30 days of the charge and we will refund your purchase in full. Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 3–5 business days depending on your bank. See our full Refund Policy.

4. Nature of the Service & Entertainment Disclaimer

Astroly provides digital astrological analyses, natal chart interpretations, compatibility reports, and interpretive soulmate portraits generated from the birth details and quiz responses you submit. Personalized entertainment. Inspired by your answers — not a prediction of real-world events, meeting times, or anyone's actual appearance.

The Service does not constitute professional psychological, medical, legal, or financial advice. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.

5. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use

All software, visual designs, astrological copy, and generated portraits provided through Astroly are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may download, save, and share your personal portrait and reading, but you may not scrape, resell, or redistribute the underlying platform.

6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avgo LLC provides the Service “as is” without warranties of any kind, and its total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
