2. Product Purchases & 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

When you purchase a personalized soulmate portrait and natal chart reading from Astroly, you are charged the displayed price (currently $15.00) in full on the day of purchase. This is a one-time charge unless you actively opt into the optional $15.00 monthly subscription at checkout, which then renews at $15.00 each month until you cancel.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, submit a refund request on our Help & Billing Center, email support@tryastroly.com, or call us at +1 (307) 545-5600 within 30 days of the charge and we will refund your purchase in full.

If you believe a charge was made in error (duplicate charge, card you do not recognize, or charge not authorized by you), contact us at support@tryastroly.com or call +1 (307) 545-5600 and we will investigate and resolve it within 24 hours.

3. Instant 1-Click Subscription Cancellation

If you opted into the optional $15.00 monthly subscription, you may cancel at any time with a single click at tryastroly.com/manage or tryastroly.com/help using either your checkout email address or the last 4 digits of your card. Cancelling stops all future charges immediately.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are issued within 24 hours and returned to your original payment method within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We never charge processing or cancellation fees.
